RYRZ = RenYi Redevelopment Zone,仁義重劃區英文縮寫.
仁義哥的網站有6大主題,旨在創立資源共享平台,一起營造幸福與高品質的生活.
自從疫情爆發以來,台灣有著頗優秀的防疫成績;
Taiwan is good at prevention of Covid-19 since it took place all over the world in Feb. of 2020. As an unproper quarantine policy of Pilot and cabin crew resulted more than 500 infected cases a day in end of May; we are so proud of all Taiwanese to hit the achievement that we already reduced confirmed cases under 30 cases for 2 weeks till now.
前一陣子全球的晶片荒,也全都得靠台灣知名的護國半導體產業供貨;
TSMC and Semiconductor industry of Taiwan is world-renowned and we could see how it is so important especially lots of countries lack of material and request Taiwan's supports; We say a small leak will sink a great ship; just like a slightly movement of TSMC and Foundry of Taiwan will bring shock to the whole world.
更有許多國際知名廠商積極投資或加碼台灣,例如Google和Microsoft也都擴大其台灣營業據點規模;
AIT played as a pioneer and leader to spent 1.4 billion for staff dormitory in Taipei,more and more global enterprises increase their investement in Taiwan, too.
這些,全都讓台灣在國際舞台上,大放異彩.
All of above will bring Taiwan to next high growing stage.
台灣現在正全面性地與國際接軌,仁義重劃區也需要為這樣的接軌做準備.
Taiwan has open arms to welcome all friend from the world so did RenYi Redevelopment Zone, we expect you could join us to live here and enjoy growing together.

I hope to use this English presentation to give a breif introduction of RenYi Redevelopment Zone to whom has interested in knowning this place.
為了方便介紹,仁義哥先將仁義重劃區的英文定為RenYi Redevelopment Zone
簡稱為R.Y.R.Z
Let's call RenYi Redevelopment Zone as R.Y.R.Z
接著,跟大家說明每一頁簡報內容為何:
因為仁義重劃區整個區域看起來像個三角型,所以仁義哥認為這是一處難得的金三角.
You can see the shape of this area like a triangle; On the other hand, we used to add "golden" on top of something in order to describle that thing is so great or full of opportunities. So you can say R.Y.R.Z is a golden triangle place.
又因為整個區域看起來很像一隻鯨魚,所以仁義哥把這2個意向合成鯨三角,
Furthermore, the shape of R.Y.R.Z also like a whale.
Tell you what, the pronunciation of Golden and whale is same in our language.
並且做一個鯨魚造型的仁義重劃區Logo.
It's the reason why I design this logo to RYRZ.
仁義哥一直希望能透過痞客邦的部落格和臉書的粉絲專頁來提供每個建案與仁義重劃區相關的訊息給大家.
Most people or fans of mine will visit my blog and FB to get more info about news of this place and info of each new construction project.
當您決定簽約買了您將來要安生立命的房子後,仁義哥希望能透過經常性的巡田水,用文字,又照片來和大家分享仁義重劃區和每個建案的成長.
If you are too busy to check what happened here by yourself frequently, no worry about it. I used to tell the latest status or present pictures in blog so that you could save time and pay all your attnetion on job or family.
仁義哥也希望能替大家找到自己將來的鄰居,讓大家在入住前就能彼此認識一下,畢竟能在同一個社區裡共同生活,也是一種難得的緣份.
To publish contact info of house-owner line group of each new construction project is for the purpose of finding your neighbor who will become good friend to your family in near future. You can buy this house as long as you have money, but to get a good relationship with your neighbor is much valuable.
說到仁義哥最大的願望,就是希望仁義重劃區能成為全新北市最棒,最優質,最好的住宅區(黃色字).
We have a same goal, let RZRY become the best residential area in New Taipei City.
但要能朝這個方向前進,真的需要有好多要件,需要所有仁義人一起努力:
除了一群志同道合的人帶來的各種軟體要素(藍色字);
It not only require people who live here to have same consciousness
還有各種仁義重劃區本身或其周遭地區硬體要素(紫色字).
but also require more investment of facilities or so.
全聯三重仁義店鐵定是生活上最重要的伙伴
The most famous chain store - PX Mark is located in certeral of RYRZ.
騎車5分鐘內就可以到,24小時營業的蘆洲家樂福
It takes 5 minutes by car, you can buy everything you need in this 24 hours operated Carrefour.
喜歡自己煮飯的人,也可以到離仁義較近的龍門路或者是仁政街的傳統市場
You can also walk to Traditional Market,it will only take 10 minutes on foot.
外食族或生活各項採買,在三和路的這一頭,就有好幾處商圈
SanChong is one of the most important district in New Taipei City, therefore, you can find shopping area even everwhere; it's very convenient to get what you want including food absolutely.
仁義重劃區公園綠地比高達15%,更是近幾年新北市各重劃區佔比最高的一個.包括萬坪的仁義帶狀公園,仁義獨有的綠軸步道(仁義之肺).
There are 3 parks in RYRZ, one is linear park aside highway, one is green trail in the middle of this area and the final one is on the place reserved for elementary school.
在仁義重劃區旁的淡水河畔公園,也是運動,散步,騎車,慢跑的好去處.
You will never find this kind of park in New Taipei City, you could walk so close to the main river of Taipei, breeze blew over the park all the time. It just next to RYRZ.
仁義裡有一個文小預定地,目前有部份做為公園綠地使用;也有另一半是停車場.
仁義被劃定為五常里,學區為五華國小和碧華國中.
Provide public elementray and junior high school info.
就距離仁義僅一分鐘機車車程的原舊碧華國中,將規劃為新北市第一座銀新未來城.
日前已完成地目變更,並在上個月進到公告流程.希望最快能在年底之前開始招商投標.
There is a BOT project near by RYRZ, it named Silver light village of generation; it will cover long term care service, integrated solution like child care facilities, shopping center and parking lot. It also take 5 minutes on foot.
談到仁義重劃區的交通,對開車的人是最方便的,也是有其得天獨厚的好條件:
國道1號對仁義來說是最大的亮點,
對於那些在基隆,汐科,南港軟體園區,內科的人來說,下班是幸福的,真的是下高速公路就到家.
There is an exit ramp connected to RYRZ directly, therefore, those poeple who work in Keelung, SiKe science park, NanGang software park, Taipei Neihu Technology park, they can drive home within 1 minutes after leave exit ramp.
捷運族也能透過226公車,在8分鐘內抵達三重國小站.
而預計年底開工的環狀線北環段也會有Y23站(五華國小站),僅距離仁義10分鐘的路程.
Even MRT station is not so close to RYRZ, but it will only take 8 minutes by taking bus; most important thing is it provide service frequently in rush (6 minutes a bus)
仁義也可以透過4座橋樑快速地進到台北市區
Introduction of 4 important bridge to SanChong and RYRZ.
另外一個最重要的連外快速道路就是新北環快,仁義要上新北環快,僅需1分鐘,並能快速到其他新北市的行政區.
If you want to visit other district of New Taipei City, the New Taipei Huanhe Expressway is best solution.
希望仁義也能有更多的交通建設,所以日前也有熱心的仁義居民發起連署活動,仁義哥也有鼓吹大家一起幫忙連署.
We are expecting some improvement of transportation in RYRZ, therefore, we proposed it to elected representative (councilman) to apply this to New Taipei City Government.
